Job summary

Johnson Controls in the UAE offers an Emirati Engineering Program to fast-track your engineering and technical sales skills. The two-year program features six assignments in Installation, Service Operations and Technical Sales, with hands-on projects and client exposure across the region.

You will develop technical, analytical, and communication abilities in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment, progressing toward leadership roles within Johnson Controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Must be a UAE national with a family book.
• Passion for an engineering-based career.
• Adaptability to work with a diverse team.
• Multi-tasking ability and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Internship experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

What You Will Do

• The Engineering Program comprises six assignments over two years, focusing on key technical areas such as Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales).

What We Look For
