Job summary

Johnson Controls invites UAE nationals to join the Emirati Engineering Program, a two-year, six-assignment development track designed to fast-track engineering and technical sales capabilities across the Middle East and Africa. The program emphasizes hands-on project work, regional client exposure, and a clear leadership pathway.

You will gain experience in Installation and Service Operations as well as Technical Sales, with mentorship and networking opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Sustainability Engineering or related field.
• Must be a UAE national with a family book.
• Aspiration for an engineering-based career and adaptability to work with a diverse team.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• The program comprises six assignments over two years, focusing on Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales).
• Hands-on project contributions that impact the business and customer-facing experiences across the region.
