Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United Arab Emirates invites UAE nationals to join its Emirati Engineering Program, a two-year track designed to fast‑track future leaders. The program comprises six assignments across Installation, Service Operations and Technical Sales, with hands‑on projects and front‑line client exposure.

You will build skills in engineering drawings, troubleshooting, equipment installation, product knowledge, and consultative selling while being mentored by senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in listed engineering fields.
• UAE national with a family book.
• Passion for pursuing an engineering-based career.
• Adaptability to work with a diverse team.
• Internship experience in related fields and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• The Engineering Program comprises six assignments over two years, focusing on key technical areas such as Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales).
• Hands-on project contributions and customer-facing experiences with opportunities to meet clients across the region.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Sustainability Engineering, or related fields
