Job summary

Client of Michael Page in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic recruitment professional to manage end-to-end graduate internship and entry-level hiring programmes. You will partner with hiring managers, deliver recruitment plans and coordinate interview processes across the UAE.

The role offers hybrid work in Dubai, exposure to senior stakeholders, and opportunities to develop a career in talent acquisition within a globally respected organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across graduate internship and entry-level hiring programmes.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment plans.
• Attend open day events across the UAE.
• Coordinate interviews, assessment activities, offers and onboarding processes.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within ATS and recruitment systems.
• Support reporting compliance requirements and recruitment performance metrics.
