Job summary

QatarYello is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for graduates, interns, and entry-level hires across the UAE. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires UAE nationality with a family book, fluency in Arabic and English, and at least two years in recruitment or related roles. Some travel across the UAE to university events is expected.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Family Book) required.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
