Job summary

Fireblocks UAE is seeking a Solution Architect to own the technical delivery of ME region implementations for Banks and Financial Institutions. You will lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure from deal close to production.

You will drive strategic pre-sales, help Sales win deals, and codify reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery across the Middle East. Strong English, and Arabic desirable, with a focus on security and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Post-sale implementations experience in enterprise/financial services is required.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies is preferred.
• Software development mindset and hands-on technical capability are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production for ME region.
• Define enterprise customer setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks for scaling delivery in the Middle East.
• Act as bridge between Sales, Product, R&D and customers to resolve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

Here’s The Bit About The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect in our EMEA Professional Services team, you own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for the ME region’s largest Banks and Financial Institutions. From deal close through to production, you lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure. You also bring that delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, helping Sales win the deals you will go on to deliver.

You’ll Be

• Owning the transition from deal close to production, taking end-to-end accountability for the solutions delivered
• Defining enterprise customers’ setup with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
• Steering complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production
• Codifying reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across the Middle East
• Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
• Supporting strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
• Ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
• Experience with either blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with Banks, Financial Institutions, or enterprise financial systems. One is a must, both is a strong advantage
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English with Arabic being desirable.
