F5 is hiring a Sales Analytics Partner III to support the EMEA region from Dubai. You will deliver actionable insights, drive sales performance, and support data-driven decisions across CRM, planning, and reporting systems.

You will develop dashboards, analyze regional trends, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to optimize territory planning and forecasting. Strong GDPR knowledge and data governance experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Experience with large datasets and senior stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Salesforce and sales operations processes, including forecasting and quota setting.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
• Analyze sales trends and regional performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Incorporate external market, regulatory, and economic factors into reporting and strategic analysis.
• Support territory design and optimization using customer, market, and performance data.
• Partner with sales leadership on quota planning, target setting, and revenue forecasting.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Provide analysis on EMEA-specific regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, data localization, and data sovereignty requirements.
• Ensure reporting methodologies align with both global standards and regional compliance needs.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM, planning, and reporting systems.
• Develop efficient reporting processes that support business and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
• Deliver executive-level insights to support territory planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
