Sales Analytics Partner III (EMEA)
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative professional to join our Sales & Revenue Operations team as a Sales Analytics Partner III (Sales Analyst). In this strategic role, you will support the EMEA META (Middle East & Africa) Sales Organization, delivering actionable insights, driving sales performance, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making. You will also leverage internal and external data sources to provide analysis on market trends, regulations, data sovereignty, and compliance requirements relevant to the region.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
  • Analyze sales trends and regional performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Incorporate external market, regulatory, and economic factors into reporting and strategic analysis.
Territory Planning & Performance Optimization
  • Support territory design and optimization using customer, market, and performance data.
  • Partner with sales leadership on quota planning, target setting, and revenue forecasting.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend data‑driven solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
Regulatory & Market Intelligence
  • Provide analysis on EMEA‑specific regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, data localization, and data sovereignty requirements.
  • Ensure reporting methodologies align with both global standards and regional compliance needs.
Data Governance
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM, planning, and reporting systems.
  • Develop efficient reporting processes that support business and compliance requirements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
  • Deliver executive‑level insights to support territory planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and developing actionable business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales operations processes, including forecasting, quota setting, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of EMEA regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR and data sovereignty considerations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience leveraging external data sources to support market and business analysis.
