Job summary

i2 Group is seeking an experienced Presales Technical Consultant to join our EMEA team on a full-time basis. You will align customer requirements with i2 products and services, develop demonstrations, and provide technical confidence to progress complex opportunities.

You will lead technical discovery, support tender responses, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure compelling, deliverable solutions. Travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or sales engineering with customer-facing tech roles.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into product and service solutions.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations to diverse audiences (business, operations, tech).
• Ability to contribute technical content to tenders, proposals, and bid responses.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage regional sales teams to understand customer requirements across EMEA.
• Lead technical discovery to map needs to i2 products, services, and delivery options.
• Develop tailored demonstrations reflecting customer use cases and priorities.
• Provide technical input into tenders, proposals, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure accurate, compelling responses.
• Travel across EMEA (up to 50%) to support campaigns, meetings, and events.
