Job summary

Creatio, a leading AI CRM and workflow platform, seeks a Solutions Consultant to support the EMEA region from Dubai. You will act as the technical adviser during the sales cycle, delivering tailored product demos and addressing RFIs/RFPs.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS presales, hands-on CRM/BPM/ERP/HCM or No-Code/Low-Code experience, and fluent English. Travel to client sites and events is expected; collaboration with executives is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years as a Solutions Consultant (Presales) in SaaS/PaaS.
Experience with CRM/BPM/ERP/HCM or No-Code/Low-Code platforms.
Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct customer meetings with Sales Executives, providing technical expertise on the product roadmap.
Define vision and strategy for CRM and BPM opportunities, designing demos and training materials.
Deliver product demonstrations tailored to key accounts.
Assist in producing RFPs and proposals for clients.
Design and deliver high-quality technical Proof of Concepts.
Represent products at conferences, summits, and industry events.
