Medtronic seeks a Regional Security Manager to lead the regional security program, aligning with corporate objectives and business strategy. You will integrate security across units, safeguarding people, assets and information while driving crisis response and risk mitigation in a global healthcare context.

In this role you will oversee travel and physical security, executive protection, and incident management, partnering to uphold safety and resilience across the Medtronic region.

Qualifications

• 5 years with a bachelor's degree or 3 years with an advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Previous Security Manager experience with leadership background.
• Deep expertise in operational physical, travel and crisis security management.
• Strong background in investigations, reporting and incident management.
• Strategic and operational thinker with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day regional security operations.
• Develop and execute regional goals aligned with GPS initiatives.
• Drive and implement regional security plans to address threats and vulnerabilities.
• Design and deliver training to enhance preparedness and awareness.
• Oversee investigations into threats, incidents and workplace violence.
• Monitor regional threats and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance on security standards and programs to support global initiatives.
• Collaborate internally and externally to resolve complex security issues.
