Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Recruitment Lead - GTM & Commercial in Dubai for an 8-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). You will lead a high-performing EMEA GTM recruitment team of 10+ staff, partner with senior leaders to align hiring with business goals, and design a comprehensive hiring roadmap across sales, marketing, and operations.

You will champion DEI, build scalable processes, and use analytics to inform talent strategy, reporting to senior stakeholders while maintaining a high talent

Qualifications

• Significant GTM leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• Regional experience in UAE, specifically Dubai.
• Proven ability to coach and develop recruitment leads and senior specialists.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive leadership.
