Job summary

OMARI Group is seeking an experienced Secondary Market Leasing Agent in Dubai to manage the rental process from acquisition to closing. This is a 100% commission role requiring proactive outreach to landlords, property research, and end-to-end deal execution.

Candidates must have a valid UAE driving licence, real estate or relevant sales experience, and strong negotiation and English communication skills. German is a plus; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Driving Licence – MANDATORY
• Previous real estate and/or strong relevant sales experience – MANDATORY
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel independently to property viewings and client meetings
• High level of self-motivation, discipline and consistency
• Professional appearance and behaviour when dealing with landlords and tenants

Responsibilities

• Daily outbound calling to property owners and landlords
• Acquire rental properties and new listings
• Manage leasing process from A to Z
• Negotiate rental prices and terms
• Coordinate negotiations between landlord and tenant
• Prepare and coordinate required documentation and contracts
• Maintain your own pipeline of landlords, listings and tenants
• Travel to property viewings and client meetings
