Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a House Manager or similar role in a high-end household.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent managerial skills with proven ability to lead a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, and drivers.
• Create and maintain schedules for staff duties and ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Oversee the maintenance of the household, including cleaning, laundry, and repairs.
• Manage household inventory and purchases, ensuring availability of necessary supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs or services needed for the household.
• Plan and organize events or gatherings at the residence.
• Act as a liaison between the family members and staff, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding family matters.
