Job summary

RAKBANK is seeking a Relationship Manager - Mortgages for Elite Banking to drive mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and managing end-to-end applications, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will build strong relationships with customers, real estate agents and developers, assess affordability and guide customers through the mortgage journey, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates to keep the pipeline healthy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a sales-focused role.
• At least 1 year mortgage sales experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage business and achieve individual sales targets.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new-to-bank mortgage customers through referrals and networking.
• Build relationships with customers, real estate agencies, and developers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Advise customers on mortgage products, rates, and repayment structures.
• Guide customers through the mortgage journey from inquiry to disbursement.
• Perform preliminary credit and affordability assessments.
• Ensure applications are complete with required documentation.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Valuation, and Fulfillment teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage leads to maximize conversions.
• Develop opportunities through referrals and market outreach.
