Job summary

RAKBANK in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Relationship Manager - Mortgages for Elite Banking to drive mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and managing end-to-end mortgage applications.

You will build strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and developers, provide expert mortgage advice, assess affordability, and ensure a smooth mortgage journey from inquiry to disbursement. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in a sales-focused role.
• Mortgage sales experience preferred (1+ year).
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and home financing.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage business and achieve individual sales targets.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new-to-bank mortgage customers through proactive prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, real estate agencies, property developers, and referral partners.
• Advise customers on mortgage products, interest rates, repayment structures, and financing options.
• Guide customers through the mortgage journey from inquiry to disbursement.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and actively manage leads to maximize conversion rates.
