The role requires 3-5 years in luxury hospitality or concierge, strong communication in French, Arabic, English, and deep knowledge of travel, dining, wellness, and exclusive experiences. You will build trusted client relationships and uphold Aspire's standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium travel, or high-touch service environments.
• Experience serving affluent or high-net-worth customers is strongly preferred.
• Excellent command of French, Arabic and English, with professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and fulfill high-profile client requests across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Maintain professional, timely correspondence and discreet handling of escalations with vendors.
• Deliver personalized interactions to exceed expectations and build lasting client relationships.
• Provide accurate, detailed information to clients and anticipate their evolving lifestyle needs.
• Foster partnerships with suppliers to secure exclusive benefits for clients.
