Job summary

Aspire Lifestyles Middle East Africa Free Zone Company is seeking a Lifestyle Concierge to engage with diverse clients and deliver exceptional service experiences. You will manage and fulfill requests via phone, email, and chat, using resources to provide prompt, professional responses while upholding top service standards.

You will support standard and high-profile client needs, communicate clearly, and contribute to a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Working experiences: 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Competency: Influencing and communication skills.
• Language requirement: Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Independently fulfill high-profile client requests and demo tasks through various communication mediums.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and vendor communication with discretion.
• Ensure positive customer experiences and provide accurate, timely information.
• Deliver services per contractual agreements and handle requests tactfully.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and make outbound calls as needed.
• Adhere to high-quality customer service standards and utilize resources effectively.
• Communicate responses clearly, professionally, and concisely, representing clients’ brands courteously.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance customer assistance skills.
• Use enterprise solutions to assist customers and manage customer data.
• Follow client and company policies when interacting with customers.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
