Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Elite clients, ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Manage and engage with an assigned client portfolio, addressing queries and service needs promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product/Operations teams to support client needs.
• Handle customer queries and service requests with accuracy and compliance.
