Job summary

Otis is seeking a Service Sales Operations professional to support estimations, prepare maintenance contracts, and negotiate contract recovery in the UAE. You will maintain the MIS contracts database and track the sales pipeline while complying with Otis policies.

The role requires at least 5 years in elevator/escalator sales and marketing in the UAE, with fluent English and Arabic. You will engage with clients to renew contracts, coordinate with Aftermarket and Service, and support timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in elevator/escalator sales and marketing in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance contracts and negotiate terms with clients.
• Produce estimates and quotations for repairs, upgrades, and modernization.
• Maintain contracts database and ensure effective tracking of the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Aftermarket and Service to implement terms of agreements.
• Assist Finance with timely collection of payments per contracts.
• Develop relationships with clients and pursue contract renewals.
