Job summary

Otis L.L.C on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai seeks an experienced supervisor for service field activities including preventive maintenance, call backs, and repairs. You will lead a team, ensure safety processes are followed, manage site escalations, and contribute to service quality and efficiency at client sites.

The role emphasizes operational guidance, training, and collaboration with Otis Line Operators to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in service/maintenance in the vertical transportation industry.
• At least 8 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Diploma engineering or equivalent in elevators.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, cleaning and other contractual works of assigned units, as per the route chart issued.
• Conducts adjustments and repairs (planned & unplanned) for Otis products within the assigned area.
• Attends to equipment call-backs and conducts inspection and fault finding to return the equipment to service.
• Identifies and reports abnormalities through the maintenance process to highlight safety concerns and generate upselling opportunities.
• Inspects and recommends corrective actions for rebel/critical units.
• Co-ordinates with Otis Line Operators to ensure call backs are attended as per SLAs.
• Completes timesheets, log cards, maintenance JHA, OSA forms, SVR sheets etc. in timely manner.
• Conducts safety audits at client sites to minimize safety concerns.
• Supports junior colleagues with service/maintenance operations at client sites, acting as buddy.
• Conducts trainings on technical tasks to develop skills and enhance operational effectiveness.
