Job summary

We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead pre-installation, installation, and coordination activities for major escalator and elevator projects in Abu Dhabi.

You will coordinate with internal teams and contractors, manage procurement and scheduling, ensure safety compliance, and drive on-time project completion while maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-year Elevator industry experience.
• Candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all pre-installation works: Ensure availability of adequate and firsthand information of contractual scope of works and deliveries. Plan material deliveries in conjunction with factory and supply chain.
• Coordination with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on the project requirements and logistics for delivery of escalator/elevator materials.
• Installation Phase: ensure resources availability, oversee documentation and communications with main contractor, monitor progress via MS Projects/Primavera, conduct risk assessments and safety procedures, and handover units to customers.
