Job summary

Lift Mart is seeking an Installation Manager to lead end-to-end elevator/escalator installation projects in the UAE. You will manage site supervisors, coordinate with Operations, Projects and Service teams, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality on all sites.

The role requires 8–10 years UAE/GCC experience in installations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years UAE/GCC experience in elevator/escalator installations.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of installation processes, civil readiness and safety.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites, teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee elevator/escalator installation activities across active sites.
• Conduct site surveys for final drawings and production readiness.
• Manage technical meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Provide on-site guidance to resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Coordinate shop drawings, factory deliveries, and method statements.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and supervision of technicians.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC and timely handover to service dept.
• Report progress to Management and coordinate with HR, Admin.
