Job summary

Lift Mart in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Installation Supervisor to oversee elevator and escalator installation on site. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, schedules, and safety standards while coordinating technicians and helpers to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, maintaining quality records, and communicating with consultants and clients. A Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in elevator/escalator installation or construction.
• Strong technical understanding of installation methods and safety.
• Excellent communication and leadership.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• English proficiency (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily installation activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety.
• Allocate and adjust manpower according to site needs.
• Supervise technicians and helpers to complete tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues.
• Report manpower and site issues to the Installation Manager.
• Record daily progress and submit timely reports.
• Ensure documentation, site photos, and inspection records are maintained.
