Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-year Elevator industry experience.
• Candidate fluent in English and Chinese.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all pre-installation works as per contractual scope and deliveries.
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultants for shop drawings, submittals, and approvals.
• Oversee installation phase with adequate resources, safety, QA/QC, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill project deliveries and manage budget.
• Submit monthly interim payment applications and coordinate third-party inspections as required.
