Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) required.
• Experience in tendering, technical reviews, and contract evaluation is essential.
• 5+ years in leadership roles within Estimation and Engineering.
• 10+ years in elevator, construction, or engineering industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of quotations, tenders, and cost estimates.
• Ensure competitive pricing, accurate costing, and risk assessment.
• Support Sales with technical and commercial proposals.
• Drive tender quality, consistency, and process improvement.
• Manage engineering activities from tender stage through project execution.
• Review and approve technical submissions and design solutions.
• Coordinate with factories, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
