Qualifications

• Experience performing safety checks on elevator/escalator systems.
• Ability to perform lubrication and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with electrical operation checks and controls.

Responsibilities

• Conducts safety checks at all points before initiating job at the client site.
• Performs cleaning, lubrication and testing of the over speed governor.
• Checks static balancing of units and adjusts final limits under supervision.
• Lubricates the Safety Action Mechanism and tests it per procedures.
• Installs door skates and sets door locks after field inspection.
