Job summary
Bureau Veritas India is seeking a Sales Executive for the IVS segment in the UAE to drive elevator inspection, testing, certification and lifecycle services. You will leverage an existing client base among facility managers and developers to grow revenue and expand the portfolio of EIAC/ENAS compliant solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering.
- 5+ years in technical sales, preferably in elevators or related services.
- EIAC/ENAS awareness is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for elevator inspection, testing, certification and lifecycle services.
- Leverage an existing client base and identify new business opportunities with building owners, facility managers, contractors and developers.
- Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and quotations, and follow up on collection.
- Participate in tenders and lead contract negotiations with clients.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline with forecasted revenue visibility.
- Collaborate with Inspection Engineers to tailor service offerings to client needs.
- Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
- Support account planning and growth strategy for facility management and developer accounts.
- Explain EIAC and ENAS accreditation requirements to clients.
