Al Ghurair is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage AMC renewals for elevators and escalators, and to acquire third‑party maintenance contracts, including tenders and proposals. The role requires coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships across the UAE.

The position entails preparing renewal proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely payments while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales ideally in building services or elevator/escalator industry.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Renew AMC contracts for elevators and escalators in the assigned territory and engage clients before expiry.
• Pursue and secure maintenance contracts for third‑party equipment including elevators, escalators and moving walks.
• Prepare renewals, participate in tenders, review compliance, price proposals and coordinate with internal departments.
• Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on overdue payments with clients and finance.
• Coordinate site visits, surveys and technical assessments with service teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients to support business growth.
