Job summary

ABB UAE seeks a Service Marketing & Sales professional to drive service sales processes, generate opportunities, and secure profitable growth. You will focus on Installed Base penetration, promote the service portfolio, and build lasting customer relationships while collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.

Onsite role in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in electrical networks, MV/LV switchgears, and protection relays, with strong English communication and a UAE

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Electrical Network Infrastructure, MV & LV switchgears and protection relays.
• Customer service experience; ability to be a focal point for executives & clients.
• Knowledge of Digital & Safety solutions and related technologies.
• Teamwork across cultures and environments; adaptable to diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales processes and generate service sales opportunities.
• Penetrate Installed Base and sell the entire Service product portfolio.
• Build long-term customer relationships and respond to specific customer needs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Application Sales, and Operations teams in ABB UAE.
