Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Electrical Testing Lead to manage a team of testers. You will ensure safety protocols, uphold quality, and develop comprehensive testing programs across multiple projects, optimizing resources and timelines.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 5–7 years in electrical testing, and certifications such as CES P. You will calibrate and maintain equipment, interpret schematics, and troubleshoot high‑voltage systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in electrical testing.
• CESP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Experience testing high voltage equipment up to 132 kV.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of electrical testers ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all testing procedures. Develop and implement comprehensive electrical testing plans and schedules for various projects optimizing resource allocation and timelines. Oversee the accurate calibration and maintenance of all testing equipment guaranteeing reliable and precise measurements. Interpret complex electrical schematics blueprints and technical specifications to guide testing activities and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in electrical testing, with a strong focus on industrial or power systems. Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Electrical Safety Professional (CESP) or equivalent is highly advantageous. Demonstrated expertise in testing high voltage equipment, protection relays, and power systems up to 132kV or higher.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and SR. Positions

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
