Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY seeks a senior Electrical Construction Manager to oversee all electrical installations on large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate electrical subcontractors, ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications and national codes, and lead safety programs on site.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with Journeyman/Master Electrician licenses and OSHA 30 certification, and 7–10 years of Gulf experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Journeyman/Master Electrician license and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in electrical construction.
• Gulf experience and ADNOC exposure preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred; strict age and eligibility rules apply.

Responsibilities

Job description

Oversee all electrical installations ensuring strict adherence to project specifications drawings and national electrical codes Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors including scheduling resource allocation and performance monitoring to maintain project timelines Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols on the electrical site conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to prevent accidents Review and approve electrical submittals shop drawings and RFIs collaborating with engineers and designers to resolve technical issues Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Hold a Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical practices. Obtain relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health, or equivalent. Accumulate a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in electrical construction, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
