Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior Construction Manager for instrumentation and control systems in the UAE. You will oversee installation, calibration, testing, and compliance with project specs; develop schedules; and lead a team of technicians and supervisors in a safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction management for industrial or process plants, with PMP certification being highly desirable. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction management focusing on instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience supervising large-scale industrial or process plant construction projects.
• PMP certification is desirable.

Job description

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction management, specifically focused on instrumentation and control systems
• Proven experience in supervising large-scale industrial or process plant construction projects
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria

Age Criteria:Maximum age limit is 49 yearsFor managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experienceManagerial and SR. Positions:A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
