Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior electrical installation professional for UAE-based roles involving LV and HV cabling, panel installations, and large-scale project coordination.

You will lead a team of supervisors and workmen, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and deliver on procurement plans and schedules across onshore projects in Gulf markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates must be immediate joiners.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LV and HV cable laying, glancing, and termination per industry standards and safety regulations.

Job description

Manage the laying glancing and termination of LV and HV cables ensuring compliance with industry standards and electrical safety regulations Oversee the installation of electrical panels distribution boards and other critical electrical infrastructure ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality Coordinate with site supervisors and labor teams to execute electrical installation projects providing clear guidance and support to ensure project objectives are achieved Develop and implement detailed project plans including resource allocation timelines and material procurement strategies to meet project deadlines Conduct regular site inspections to monitor electrical installation progress identify potential risks and provide solutions to address any electrical safety concerns

B E / B Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in electrical installations. Substantial experience (5-10 years) in low voltage and high voltage cable installations, with a focus on LVHV cable laying, glancing, and termination. Demonstrated expertise in installing electrical panels and distribution boards, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Proven ability to manage a large-scale workforce, comprising a minimum of 4 supervisors and 100 workmen, ensuring efficient project execution and team coordination. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
