Job summary
Brainstorm Headhunting Specialist is seeking an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer – Electrical in Dubai to prepare detailed electrical estimates for building projects, review tender documents, and perform take-offs with a focus on UAE market rates.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in MEP electrical estimation, strong costing and rate analysis skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems for commercial, residential, hotel, or high-rise developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in MEP Electrical Estimation.
- Experience with commercial, residential, hotel or high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, costing and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MRP/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of UAE electrical market rates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical MEP estimates for building projects.
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for electrical systems.
- Prepare costing, pricing and rate analysis for tenders.
- Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare competitive tender submissions within deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, procurement and project teams.
