Job summary

MVL group in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to join our engineering team. You will assess project scopes, calculate material and labor costs, and prepare detailed estimates for MEP systems in commercial projects.

The role requires at least 5 years of UAE experience, strong knowledge of MEP methods, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift. You will read drawings and specs, analyze costs, and negotiate with vendors to secure accurate bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience as an MEP estimator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Verify estimates and quantities for MEP systems.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Use estimation software to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Communicate with vendors and project teams to finalize costs.
