Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support including preparation of quotations, contracts, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meeting logistics, travel arrangements, visa applications, and site access permits
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes while tracking follow-up actions
- Maintain efficient document control systems ensuring compliance and traceability
- Generate purchase orders, process invoicing, and monitor payment status
- Coordinate shipping documentation including bills of lading and shipping marks
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales activities, and parts usage
- Prepare periodic performance and forecast reports
- Manage inventory control and material coordination for power plant equipment
- Conduct inspections of incoming parts and oversee proper warehouse storage
- Coordinate pre-packing activities and logistics documentation for maintenance events
- Support maintenance planning including manpower, tools, consumables, and procedures
- Assist with contractor coordination, transportation, and procurement tasks during site activities
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in material control or inventory management
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in hybrid or site-based environments
