Job summary

The Developing Child Centre in Abu Dhabi seeks Educators and Learning Support Assistants to join its multidisciplinary team. You will help deliver inclusive classroom learning, support children's developmental goals, and assist lead teachers with tailored plans.

Applicants must have an attested Bachelor’s Degree and UAE MOE equivalency; Arabic and/or English fluency is encouraged. Immediate availability is preferred.

Role Overview

The Developing Child Centre is recruiting Educators and Learning Support Assistants to join its multidisciplinary educational team in Abu Dhabi. The positions focus on facilitating inclusive classroom learning, providing targeted developmental support to children, assisting primary teachers with specialized educational plans, and fostering student growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support children with individual learning plans and developmental milestones within inclusive classroom settings.
• Assist lead educators in executing tailored academic programs, sensory activities, and classroom interventions.
• Monitor individual student participation, record progress observations, and adapt supporting learning techniques.
• Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and parents to align on developmental and academic goals.
• Maintain a structured, encouraging, and safe educational environment for all students.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Attestation: Attested Bachelor’s Degree with an official UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency Certificate.
• Core Competencies: Inclusive education methodologies, early child development, learning support techniques, student engagement, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Additional Criteria: Candidates with immediate availability and fluency in Arabic, English, or both languages are highly encouraged to apply.
