Key Responsibilities

• Support individual students and small groups during lessons and structured intervention sessions inside and outside the classroom
• Deliver targeted intervention programmes using subject‑specific expertise such as English, Mathematics, Science, or Arabic
• Plan and implement intervention strategies in collaboration with teachers to improve student performance
• Observe, monitor, and report on student progress during classroom and intervention activities
• Identify learning gaps and contribute to planning and review discussions to improve outcomes
• Liaise with subject teachers and school leaders to ensure alignment with curriculum objectives
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure consistent delivery of intervention programmes
• Maintain accurate student records and update progress data to inform future planning
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment in line with school policies
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Model professional conduct aligned with school values including punctuality, attendance, and communication
• Carry out additional duties as directed by school leadership

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject area
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar student support or intervention role
