Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant in Dubai to support students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive classroom. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one assistance, adapting lesson materials, and supporting student development.

Job Overview

Learning Support Assistant – Full‑time role in Dubai, UAE. Supports students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive classroom. Salary: AED4,000–7,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one and small group support to students with learning difficulties or special educational needs.
• Assist students in understanding lessons and completing classroom activities effectively.
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans and learning strategies.
• Work with teachers to adapt lesson materials and classroom resources.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Supervise students during school activities, breaks, and field trips when required.
