Job summary

WhizzHR is seeking a confident Telecaller for Education and Test Preparation to support sales and student counselling. You will contact prospective students and parents, explain courses, generate and qualify leads, and schedule counselling sessions.

The role requires excellent communication, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrolments. English and Arabic fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or lead generation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English & Arabic.
• Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in education, student counselling or course sales will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Respond to incoming calls and enquiries regarding educational services and test-preparation courses.
• Explain courses and examinations such as SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, UCAT and IMAT.
• Understand student requirements and share relevant course information.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments for student counselling and academic consultations.
• Follow up with prospective students to encourage enrolment.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the counselling and academic teams.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
• Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, appointments and conversions.
