Job summary

PRIME EASY LEARN TRAINING INSTITUTE in the UAE is seeking a Telecaller & Student Counsellor to join our team. The role focuses on converting enquiries into admissions through proactive calling, counselling, and follow-up with prospective students.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling or student counselling, strong English communication, and comfort with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in telecalling, student counselling, admissions, or education consultancy.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business.
• A target-oriented attitude with a strong focus on student satisfaction and admissions conversion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
• Counsel students regarding courses, programmes, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Generate leads, maintain enquiry records, and update the CRM or database.
• Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve enrolled targets.
• Assist students throughout the admission and registration process.
• Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth student experience.
