Job summary

WhizzHR is seeking a confident Telecaller to support our education and test-preparation services. You will contact prospective students and parents, explain courses and examinations, generate leads, follow up on enquiries and schedule counselling sessions.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to convert enquiries into enrolments while maintaining accurate CRM records and coordinating with counselling teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecalling or telesales preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and English skills.
• Ability to convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Proficient with CRM and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Explain courses and exams such as SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, UCAT and IMAT.
• Generate and qualify leads; schedule counselling sessions.
• Maintain CRM records of calls and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with counselling and academic teams.
• Achieve daily targets and report conversions.
