Cognita is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to drive awareness and high-quality enquiries for Cognita schools across the Middle East and Asia from its Dubai base. You will shape paid social campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, guided by the Digital Marketing Manager and working with Brand, Creative and Performance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a digital agency running paid campaigns.
• Experience managing always-on paid social with awareness and conversion objectives.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• HubSpot experience or paid media automation tools an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Deliver always-on and tactical paid social campaigns across multiple schools and markets.
• Optimise campaigns for awareness, enquiry and conversion targets; flag risks and opportunities early.
• Control budget pacing by channel and school; coordinate with Finance on invoices.
• Recommend channels, audiences, placements and formats based on performance.
• Collaborate with Organic Social, Brand and Creative teams to amplify high-performing content.
• Run test-and-learn programs across audiences, creatives and formats; share insights weekly.
