Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver education facts at the attraction/exhibit.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the theme park and exhibits.
• Address guest concerns and provide appropriate resolutions; assist with service recovery as needed.
• Prepare educational materials and maintain professional appearance.
• Ensure departmental checklists are completed and flag tasks for the line manager.
• Promote park products, services, and activities to guests.
• Complete trainings and maintain competencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
