Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities.
• Analytical mindset to identify data trends.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality or leisure ops.
• Knowledge of dry theme parks and attraction operations.

Responsabilités

• Welcome visitors and provide overview of the experience.
• Assist guests with navigation and answer questions.
• Ensure safety by enforcing rules and monitoring guest behavior.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the facility.
