Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking an Operations Associate to welcome visitors, guide them through the attraction, and ensure their safety and enjoyment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at Yas Island facilities in Abu Dhabi.

You will work on-site, coordinating with teams to inform guests about events, exhibitions, and promotions, while upholding the brand values and commitment to excellence in entertainment and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills to identify trends in data.
• Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
• 1 year of experience in operations within hospitality or leisure (Desirable).
• Knowledge of dry theme parks and operational departments (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the facility and provide an overview of the experience.
• Assist guests with navigation within the facility, providing directions and answering questions as needed.
• Ensure the safety of visitors by enforcing exhibition rules and guidelines, monitoring guest behavior, and responding to safety concerns or emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing visitor inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the facility, including tidying up as needed.
• Stay informed about upcoming events, exhibitions, and promotions and communicate relevant information to visitors.
• Uphold the values and mission, representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for art and technology.
