Job summary

HRM Recruitment LLC is seeking a commercially minded E-Commerce Specialist to build and grow an e-commerce operation from scratch in the UAE. You will own product sourcing, listings on Amazon and Noon, plus support digital marketing and profitability.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Jungle Scout, product research, and supplier coordination, with a strong focus on pricing, margins and ROI. You will work independently to establish a sustainable, growing e-commerce business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces.
• Hands-on experience with Jungle Scout, product research and listing optimization.
• Experience in dropshipping, sourcing and supplier coordination.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, margins, ROI and marketplace advertising.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets, analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to build an e-commerce operation from scratch and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce projects, maintain timelines and deliverables, and prepare clear weekly and monthly management reports.

About the Role:

This is more than a marketplace management position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire e-commerce operation, from product research and sourcing to launching products, managing Amazon and Noon, supporting digital marketing and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify commercially viable products using Jungle Scout and other market analysis tools.

What Success Looks Like:

Within the first 90 days, you should be able to establish the operating structure, complete product research, recommend viable products, launch approved listings on Amazon and Noon, and demonstrate a measurable path toward profitable sales.
