Job summary

Baby Grow is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Executive to support its Toys Division in the UAE. This role collaborates with the E-Commerce Manager to drive marketplace listings, pricing, campaigns, and performance across Amazon, Noon, and other regional platforms.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplaces, product listings, digital merchandising, and online sales operations, with a focus on accuracy, timely reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in the toys category within e-commerce.
• Experience using Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Lab.
• Knowledge of marketplace SEO, PPC advertising, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, and promotional activities across online marketplaces.
• Support Amazon and Noon advertising campaigns to improve product visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor orders, inventory levels, product returns, and marketplace performance.
• Prepare sales reports and marketplace performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, finance, and sales teams.
• Assist with new product launches and online marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate product information and ensure marketplace content is up to date.

Baby Grow is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join its Toys Division in the UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to support daily marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, and other regional online platforms.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplaces, product listings, digital merchandising, and online sales operations. The selected candidate will help optimize marketplace performance, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to successful product launches and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
