Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and market share. - Manage the online store’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience. - Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to optimize website performance, SEO, and digital campaigns. - Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve conversion rates. - Manage budgets and forecast sales to maximize profitability and achieve business targets. - Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
